Upon entering the ocean for about 200 meters there are some rocks one must pass by to enjoy the beautiful Andaman Ocean. The property itself is beautiful with fantastic views of the ocean/beach/sunrise (you will miss the sunset here beware) as well as the pool and trees/landscaping. They are more expensive than other places on the island but the convenience, privacy, rooms, and staff were all worth it (and still cheap!). The massages were great and the spa is stunning.

By also having the suite, we had a free hour of drinks and apps everyday as well as the choice of dinner, massages, or cooking class each day. We initially were by the pool but asked to be moved further away for privacy and the staff were very accommodating. We stayed at one of the oceanfront suites with plunge pool. We had the most amazing stay at this property during our honeymoon. We look forward to potentially coming back, and visiting other Outrigger properties around the globe, especially the upcoming “Cross Road” in Maldives.
